Caltrans is notifying motorists that a new lane will open on westbound Interstate 80 in Yolo County as part of the ongoing $280 million Interstate 80 (I-80) and U.S. Highway 50 (US 50) Pavement Rehabilitation Project at 5 a.m. on June 30.
