Caltrans Begins Construction on State Route 16 Left-Turn Lane Project at County Road 95

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has started construction of a new left-turn pocket project on State Route 16 (Hwy 16) at the County Road 95 intersection, approximately three miles west of the City of Woodland.
