WEST SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - The Etenesh Zeleke Public Boat Dock is officially open for the 2025 season.
Located along the scenic West Sacramento waterfront, the dock is now available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of the week for public day use.
Visitors can enjoy convenient docking with berthing permits priced at $10 per tie-up cleat, valid for a minimum of four hours and up to 12 hours. The dock is for day-use only; overnight berthing is not permitted.
To enhance safety and enjoyment for all users, dock attendants will be on site daily throughout the season. Attendants will assist with tie-ups, provide oversight while your boat is docked, and help ensure your boat remains safe while you enjoy nearby restaurants, events or ballgames.
Berthing permits must be purchased through the ParkMobile App, so boaters are encouraged to download the app in advance. Be sure to have your boat registration and proof of insurance ready when you arrive.
Located across the river from Old Sacramento, West Sacramento’s Etenesh Zeleke Public Dock is situated along the Sacramento River next to River Walk Park.
All recreational boaters are welcome to enjoy this beautiful riverfront amenity named in honor of community leader Etenesh Zeleke.
