Attention Live Oak Residents:

The City of Live Oak, along with Sutter County Sheriff’s Department, would like to remind all residents that all fireworks, that are not certified “Safe and Sane,” are illegal within the City of Live Oak (MC 9.44).

Any person who violates any provision of this code will be subject to a $1,000 fine (MC 9.44.040).
