GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) – Gridley Parks and Recreation is hosting its first Gridley Community Picnic in the Park, this coming Saturday, June 25!

Bring the family on out to Manuel Vierra Park from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm and participate in the fun. There will be a hot dog lunch served by the Gridley Lions Club. Children eat free and adults are just $5.00 each. 

In addition to the picnic lunch, there will be an obstacle course for kids and lots of games, including giant Jenga, giant checkers, giant connect four, corn hole and a bounce house. The fire department will put on a “water brigade” and Dilly Dally the Clown will be making free balloon animals!
