Yolo County Offers Unemployment Do’s and Don'ts Webinar for Employers

WOODLAND, CA (MPG) – YoloWorks!, the Yolo County Workforce Innovation Board, and the Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency have collaborated with the California Employers Association to offer a series of free informational webinars for businesses in Yolo County. The second webinar in the series, titled “Unemployment Do’s & Don’ts”, will be held virtually on February 22, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. This webinar will specifically address crucial topics relevant to employers dealing with unemployment. Attendees will learn how to successfully navigate unemployment claims and:

-How to decide if you should dispute a claim or not

-What information should you include when responding to a claim

-How to prepare for an unemployment hearing
