WEST SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - The City of West Sacramento’s Economic Development and Housing Department released a Request for Proposals (RFP) today, January 19th, for redevelopment of the Club Pheasant property. The City, in partnership with Turton Commercial Real Estate (TCRE) is marketing the property to prospective developers and restaurant operators with the goal of revitalizing the property to include community amenities and food related uses, while preserving the legacy of the location as a West Sacramento landmark.

After operating for 87 years as a favorite dining spot featuring delicious homemade ravioli and garlic steak sandwiches, the Palamidessi family decided to retire and sold the property to the City in 2022. Club Pheasant sits at the busy intersection of Jefferson and Lake Washington Boulevards on the corner of the Southport Town Center.
